Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer generic returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, we want you to love your purchase! We offer a 100% replacement or refund guarantee if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 30 days of product delivery.

What to provide: You must include a clear photo showing the issue (the print defect, the damage, or the size tag of the incorrect item).

Our solution: Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
2. Sizing and Address Errors

Wrong Size/Color: Because every item is printed specifically for you when you order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size or color choices. Please review our sizing charts carefully before checking out.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the print facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
3. Lost in Transit
All packages include tracking. If your tracking information shows that the package has stalled or hasn’t updated for more than 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. We will investigate and handle a replacement order for you.

Each item on our store is printed and manufactured specifically for you on-demand when you place your order. This helps reduce retail waste and allows us to offer unique designs!
1. Production (Fulfillment) Times
Before an item ships, it must be created.

Standard production time takes 2 to 7 business days.

During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once production is complete, your order is handed over to a regional shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx).

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 6 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping: 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Note: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside our primary manufacturing regions, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
